Biography
Qualitifactions: BAppSci (Physiotherapy), GrDip Manipulative Physiotherapy, PhD
Deb is a researcher with experience in clincial practice, clinical leadership and acedemia. As a physiotherapist, she worked clinically in public health in Australia and the UK in both hospital and community settings. She ran a successful physiotherapy private practice before returning to public health in quality and safety roles and leadership. She held leadership roles in Allied Health at Monash Health.
Deb completed her PhD focussing on staff responses to disinvestment and disinvestment research. She is a Senior Research Fellow in the School of Primary and Allied Health Care, working with the National Centre for Healthy Ageing and the Seaford Healthy Futures Hub.
Her work and research focus on the development and evaluation of healthcare services to provide better outcomes for the community.
