Biography
Dean Xu (许德音) is Professor of Management at Monash Business School, Monash University. He received his PhD from the Schulich School of Business, York University in Canada. Previously, he has taught at Peking University, the University of Hong Kong, China Europe International Business School, and the University of Melbourne. Dean's research interests include multinational firm strategy, Chinese firm strategy, emerging economy firms, and organization theory. His research has appeared in top-tier management journals such as Academy of Management Journal, Academy of Management Review, Administrative Science Quarterly, Journal of International Business Studies, and Strategic Management Journal.
