Biography
Dr Daniel Griffiths is a postdoctoral research fellow in the Healthy Working Lives Research Group at the School Public Health and Preventive Medicine, Monash University. His research focuses on improving the quality of life, wellbeing and health of workers.
Dr Griffiths’ research encompasses longitudinal cohort studies, investigating health impacts of work loss during the COVID-19 pandemic, and studies on improving work-related and transport-related injury outcomes. His areas of interest cover approaches to manage workers’ mental health and evaluating the health consequences of the pandemic response including lockdowns, returning to work, and COVID-19 testing and vaccination.
