Biography
Prior to joining the Academy, Constantin worked as a software developer, founded and managed few businesses in the Entertainment, Hospitality, and Graphic Design industries, and freelanced as a consultant. Today, in addition to teaching, Constantin consults small businesses on operations, marketing and strategy issues, mentors early stage entrepreneurs, and conducts research in the specific area of Behavioural Operations, where he applies behavioural theories to shed light on Operations Management phenomena. Constantin's research, thus, crosses interdisciplinary boundaries between Psychology, Organisational Behaviour and Operations domains.
