Chris Leptos is Chairman of .au Domain Administration Ltd (www.auda.org.au); President of the National Heart Foundation (www.heartfoundation.org.au); Deputy Chairman of Flagstaff Partners (www.flagstaffpartners.com); and a Non-Executive Director of IDP Education Limited (ASX:IEL) and Arete Capital Partners (www.aretecapital.com). Chris is also a Professorial Fellow at Monash Business School. Chris retired as Deputy Chairman of Linking Melbourne Authority in December 2015, and retired as a Non-Executive Director of PPB Advisory in June 2018.

In his earlier career Chris was a Senior Partner with KPMG, and Managing Partner Government at Ernst & Young where he had national responsibility for leading the public sector practice. He has conducted numerous reviews for State and Federal Governments, such as lead adviser on the creation of a competitive gas market in Victoria. Chris was also General Manager of Corporate Development for Western Mining Corporation. He has lived and worked in Jakarta, Shanghai, Toronto and London. 

Chris is a Governor of The Smith Family, a member of the Advisory Council of Asialink (www.asialink.unimelb.edu.au), and a member of the Advisory Board of the Faculty of Business & Economics at the University of Melbourne (www.fbe.unimelb.edu.au). Previously, Chris was a member of the Infrastructure Planning Council of Victoria and a member of the Australian Information Economy Advisory Council. 

In 1997 he was designated a Global Leader for Tomorrow at the World Economic Forum in Davos, and in 2000 he was invested as a Member of the Order of Australia for services to business and the community. Chris has an MBA from the Melbourne Business School (University of Melbourne) and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne. 

Chris is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and Fellow of CPA Australia.
