Charanjit works in the Faculty of Medicine, Nursing and Health Sciences at Monash University as a Lecturer in Mental Health. He is also a Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist with extensive clinical experience spanning over 32 years in the field of Mental Health and Psychological disorders.

Presently undertaking my Phd studies examining the frequency and experience of Burnout among Nursing Academics in Australia.

Supervision interests

Presently Charanjit supervises students undertaking the Masters Degree and is also an examiner for the Masters program.

His preference is to supervise students with projects related to Mental Health education, mental health clinical issues, multiculturalism and professional staff issues (burnout).
