Biography

Dr Caddie Gao works in the Faculty of Information Technology at Monash University as a Lecturer. Caddie received her PhD in Business Information Systems from the University of Queensland in 2010. Before that, Caddie graduated with first-class honours and Master of Philosophy in Information Systems from City University of Hong Kong.

Caddie's research interests include decision theory, decision support systems, business intelligence, business process management, risk management, financial information systems, and knowledge management.

The research methodologies involved in her research include design science, qualitative and quantitative research methods.
