Biography

I am an expert in quantitative research methodology in the field of management. I have advanced knowledge of research design, especially cross-sectional and longitudinal survey research and specialist skills in multivariate statistical techniques, including multilevel modeling and structural equation modelling.  I have particular research interest in aplying quantitative methods to understanding job attitudes and well-being at work.
