I'm interested to PhD students doing research in Conversation Analysis or doctor-patient interaction.
Research activity per year
Dr. Binh Ta works as a lecturer and research fellow, Faculty of Medicine Nursing and Health Sciences, Monash University. She has expertise in conversation analysis, field education, higher education, clinical communication, doctoral supervision, and doctor-patient interaction in general practice.
She is the author of two books in conversation analysis, and a dozen of research papers drawing on conversation analysis and other research methods. She was awarded Advances in Social Work and Welfare Education Editors' Award in 2020.
She is currently working on the following projects
