Biography
Auxillia is a Registered Nurse with over 15 years experience in a variety of clinical settings including in intensive care nursing and community nursing.
Auxillia undertook her PhD at Monash University. Her thesis was entitled “An exploration of ventilator-associated events prevention practices in Australian adult intensive care units”. Auxillia has developed a broad range of research skills in qualitative, quantitative, and mixed methods research design.
Auxillia uses her nursing experience and research skills to teach and support nurses and midwives to undertake their own research. Auxillia is willing to supervise students undertaking Honours, Masters and PhD to completion.
