Biography

Dr. Anup Shah is a bioinformatician jointly with Monash Proteomics and Metabolomics Facility and Monash Bioinformatics Platform at Monash University. He holds a PhD in Computational Biology from the University of Queensland, and postgraduate qualifications in pharmacy (specialised in pharmaco-informatics). His research interests are automation, interactive visualisation, network biology and analysing big biomedical datasets.
