Biography

Anthony May is a research fellow within the Respiratory Care Group of the Department of Allergy, Immunology and Respiratory Medicine. Anthony's research focus is the optimisation of pulmonary rehabilitation programs to increase the health, quality of life, and survivability of populations suffering from chronic lung conditions, particularly interstitial lung diseases. Anthony is currently a member of a research team conducting a multi-site trial assessing the feasibility of pulmonary rehabilitation with a component of high intensity interval training for outpatients with interstitial lung diseases.
