Anthony joined Monash Nursing and Midwifery in 2024 as an Associate Teacher and commenced a full-time academic appointment in 2026. He initially trained as an Occupational Therapist and later completed nursing studies at the University of Sydney. Anthony has worked across major health services in NSW and Victoria, including Nepean Blue Mountains Local Health District, Alfred Health and Peninsula Health, in a range of clinical, education and leadership roles where he has been recognised for teaching excellence. His expertise includes trauma intensive care nursing, organ donation, immersive simulation and healthcare education.

Anthony has taught in undergraduate and postgraduate programs at Australian Catholic University and La Trobe University, including coordinating the Master of Intensive Care Nursing course. Anthony is an Australian Resuscitation Council-endorsed Advanced Life Support Instructor and Course Director. His research and publications focus on identity disclosure in organ donation, with findings from his PhD informing a submission to the Australian Law Reform Commission Inquiry into the review of Human Tissue Acts.

Anthony is dedicated to fostering the development of future healthcare professionals and promoting lifelong learning that enriches both individuals and the communities they serve.
