Dr. Anna McLean Phillips is a senior lecturer (education focused) in the School of Physics and Astronomy. She researches student experiences in physics learning environments and the practices of professional and student physicists.
She began her career teaching physics, astronomy, and engineering to students in grades 10-12. She completed her masters and doctoral degrees in Physics at Tufts University in Massachusetts, USA. She held postdoctoral positions at Cornell University in New York, USA and Tufts.
