Biography

I am a consultant neurologist and neuroimmunologist with clinical and research expertise in multiple sclerosis (MS), epidemiology, and neuroimaging. I trained in Australia and the UK, completing my medical degree at the University of Melbourne 2011, and specialist neurology training at Royal Melbourne Hospital, University Hospital Geelong and the National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery (London, UK) in 2019. I completed my PhD in neuroepidemiology at Karolinska Institute, Sweden (2024), where my research addressed social determinants of MS care and outcomes. I was a senior clinical research fellow at University College London 2022-2025 where I led clinical trials and research activities at the Queen Square MS centre. I currently work at the Alfred Hospital and Monash University. I hold honorary appointments at Karolinska Institute and University College London.
