Biography


Dr. Alison Dowling is a Research Fellow with an interest in medication quality and safety, healthy aging, residential aged care, rural health, healthcare resource allocation, and consumer involvement in healthcare. Her primary focus is examining medication management during care transitions for older adults. Proficient in quantitative, qualitative, and mixed methods research, she brings experience from public and community health sectors as well as academia.  Dr. Dowling prioritises collaborative, inclusive research, particularly through interdisciplinary and consumer collaborations.
