Senior Biostatistician specialising in clinical trials in Oncology and Cardiovascular disease.

Publishing Highlights

Impact: Concluded that novel imaging using prostate-specific membrane antigen (PSMA) PET-CT improves accuracy and management of high-risk localised prostate cancer.

Impact: Introduced a linear binary classifier which optimises the area under the ROC curve adopting the AUC statistic as its objective function.

Impact: Concluded that in patients with inoperable peripherally located stage 1 NSCLC, compared with standard radiotherapy, SABR (Stereotactic Ablative Body Radiotherapy) resulted in superior local control of the primary disease without an increase in major toxicity.
