Biography

Dr Yalou (Aaron) Guo is a Research Fellow in the Department of Chemical and Biological Engineering at Monash University. He received his PhD in Chemical Engineering from the University of Melbourne in 2023.

His research focuses on direct air capture (DAC), gas separation, adsorption technologies, and process simulation. He is currently part of the ReCarb Hub, working on the development of advanced DAC adsorbents and low-cost process designs to enable scalable and energy-efficient carbon removal.
