Description

M3 (formerly MASSIVE) is Monash University’s High-Performance Computing (HPC) cluster, purpose-built to support cutting-edge research. It provides researchers with access to powerful GPUs, thousands of compute cores, and high-speed parallel storage—enabling large-scale data processing and advanced computational workflows.

The eResearch team designs and operates platforms and environments that support the processing, analysis, and visualisation of complex scientific data. These capabilities underpin a wide range of instruments and research areas, including synchrotron X-ray and infrared imaging, functional and structural MRI, X-ray CT, electron microscopy, and optical microscopy.
