    DescriptionThis blog criticises the Victorian premier for claiming that Victoria is the safety for workers based on its low rate of claims. Using my report on claiming in Australia, the author notes that nationally only about half of all workplace injuries become a claim, and that Victoria has a much larger disparity at a ratio of 1 claim for every 3.5 injuries.
