South Australian Museum Repatriates Aboriginal body parts

During the nineteenth century it was expected Aboriginal people in South Australia would die out. The South Australian Museum collected whole bodies and body parts as a record. Now there has been a change of attitude and in recent years the museum has begun a repatriation program and hopes to return bodies and body parts to communities for Traditional burial.
