If the VCE subject of Australian Politics is folded into global politics next year, there might be negative consequences for The Alice Springs (Mparntwe) Education Declaration, which is signed by all education ministers to set the goals of schooling, and which seeks for all Australians to become “active and informed community members” who “know how to effect positive change”.
