The energy and resources sector has made progressive strides addressing and improving the work environment for women, due to tireless work of a number of passionate leaders, but there is still a long way to go and many issues still persist. With an extensive background in the resources sector, Bre-Anne reviewed her experiences encountering unconscious bias, as well as the direct and indirect forms of bullying faced by women in the industry.
