There are two types of employees who act as advocates of their organisation.

The first is the superficial kind – the one who tells customers how great they look in a shirt even though they look like they've tried on a camping tent. That employee is obviously faking it for the commission.

The other type is the sincere kind – the one who talks proudly of the company's products and services, not because they're trying to sell more stuff but because they're genuinely inspired to spread the word.

How could you encourage more of the latter?
