Description

The radio interview highlighted a key research finding (Lee and Zubir, 2022) that the degree of e-commerce adoption among women microentrepreneurs increases more substantially in the presence of a growth mindset in technological ability. Overall, our new evidence highlights how cultivating a growth mindset may be a promising channel in fostering greater e-commerce use with important implications for entrepreneurial outcomes.
