The majority of Australians didn't meet suggested physical activity activity and sedentary behaviour guidelines during the first wave of COVID-19 restrictions, a Monash University study has found. Lead author Dr Brea Kunstler, from BehaviourWorks Australia in the Monash Sustainable Development Institute spoke to Channel Nine, 2GB, ABC Radio Melbourne, 3AW and 4BC about the findings.
