    DescriptionI didn’t think I had a problem with my smartphone, but looking back now, there were signs. Until recently, I would have considered myself Luddite-lite: I don’t have notifications turned on for social media or email, but I’ll still instinctively tap the icons and scroll mindlessly any chance I get. I have an analog watch because I want to know the time but not know how many unread messages I have, yet I regularly forget to wear it. When the Screen Time function was introduced and threatened to accost me with the weekly reality of my smartphone usage, I swiftly turned the feature off and threw (gently placed) my phone across the room (on the bed)...
