Invited by the Faculty of Medicine, the University of Colombo, Sri Lanka, I made this online presentation on "Mentoring in higher education institutions" to group of academics and professional managers in Sri Lanka. My role is a speaker on this event.This is part of my advisory service to the Faculty of Medicine on setting up their mentoring program.
