Description
This report documents a national research project completed in 2009 in 18 Australian secondary schools. In the research phase of the project, 698 secondary students were surveyed and 125 interviewed. The research investigated the impact of racism on the students health and wellbeing and was used to inform the policy and funding for the youth programs managed by the Foundation for Young Australians. It also informed government and NGO policies in relation to youth welfare, education and support programs.
