Description
The Foreigner is a durational live performance with an open-end (performing for as long as possible). The work centres on the migration question currently involving Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. The image of a motionless body hidden underneath a cloth comes from the images of dead migrants on the Italian and Greek coasts. We usually see those images through the media. What if those bodies were brought in the flesh in places that we cross every day? What if you were underneath the sheet?Video editing by D.B. Valentine
