Description

This Project aims to describe the incidence and predictors for post traumatic epilepsy (PTE) among traumatic brain injury (TBI) patients in a tertiary care centre in Malaysia and generate evidence on the cognitive burden of PTE.
a. To estimate the incidence of PTE in TBI patients in Hospital Canselor Tuanku Muhriz (HCTM) between 2019 to 2020.
b. To identify potential predictors for PTE in the study population.
c. To determine the association between PTE and cognitive impairment in the study population.
