RANZCP webinar for the Section for Youth Mental Health
There is strong evidence to support the best practice for providing psychological and pharmacological care to young people with early psychosis and first episode schizophrenia. Unfortunately, there is a significant implementation gap where by much of the clinical care delivered to people with early psychosis does not align with current evidence. This webinar will provide an overview of state of the art evidence based clinical care for young people with early psychosis.
Professor James Scott will talk about psychopharmacology care and Dr Iain Macmillan will discuss the psychosocial perspective with Dr Lisa Juckes as MC.
