Description

The ECIS Safe Systems Workshop set out to refine and apply the safe systems failure analysis model for use in the examination of serious injury crashes. Core to this was Vision Zero. The Workshop focussed on the identification of core analysis concepts and application of the framework to head-on crashes, run-off-road crashes, and intersection crashes. Included in the week was an ECIS Regional Forum, held in Bendigo, and the TAC Towards Zero Symposium held at the RACV Club.
