The Workshop introduced the MUARC-TAC ECIS program and brought together representatives from the Transport Accident Commission (TAC), Victoria Police, VicRoads, Barwon Health, City of Greater Geelong, Southern Grampians Shire, Surf Coast Shire, Department of Environment and Primary Industries, Moyne Shire Council, Warrnambool City Council, RoadSafe Otway, and Monash University. In total there were 30 workshop participants.

Workshop discussions focused on five serious injury crashes. The objective was to examine ways to reduce the incidence of similar crashes and eliminate serious injury, particularly in Regional and Rural Victoria.

This Workshop was the second in a series of seven held in Regional and Rural Victoria.
