Description
Our current times of crises demand change from the processes, structures and systems around us. Yet, we may feel powerless to do it. This design workshop used materials and metaphors to introduce the theory of emotional granularity, in order to support participants as they articulate, reflect and engage with their emotions surrounding the climate emergency. These designerly modes of understanding emotions helped develop a greater sense of agency and the ability to address contemporary, complex challenges.
