    Description

The world has changed immensely since the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic with lockdowns, remote learning, travel restrictions and other disruptions impacting life as we once knew it. So how do you deal with change and anxiety during your final secondary school years, when the academic workload is heavier, and you are juggling other commitments such as work and sport?

Dr Christine Grove, Educational and Developmental Psychologist, will talk about what you can do to help manage life in 2022. Dr Grove will share a few tools to help build resilience and help you look after your mental health during your final years of secondary school and beyond. The session will also provide you with some strategies to help manage change beyond your control.
