It’s Already Happened, We’re Just In The Past

Description

Lead artists, Dr Emily Parsons Lord and Shan Turner Carroll, developed and presented 'It's Already Happened, We're Just in The Past', an art installation activated by live performances and a live sound score by Evelyn Ida Morris. 'It's Already Happened...' drew from the temporal logics of cinema, geology and science fiction to explore notions of collapse, crisis and instability. This work was commissioned by Performance Space (Sydney) and presented at the 2024 Liveworks Festival at Carriageworks (Sydney). It was supported by funding from Creative Australia.
