Description
The Charter of Lifelong Recordkeeping Rights for the Child in Care addresses the comprehensive and lifelong recordkeeping needs of children and young people in Care and their future selves. Current work on the Charter expands the scope to include Indigenous individuals. The Charter highlights the importance of creating and maintaining accurate and accessible records to support a personal identity, cultural heritage and well-being of children in Care.
