This invited panel brought together key stakeholders to explore the benefits and challenges of regulatory initiatives aimed at improving child occupant safety. Panel members included representatives from child restraint system (CRS) manufacturers, vehicle manufacturers, regulatory authorities, consumer advocacy groups, and academia. The discussion focused on cross-sector collaboration, emerging safety technologies, and evidence-informed policymaking. With approximately 150 attendees, the event highlighted the importance of collective responsibility and interdisciplinary dialogue in enhancing protection for child passengers. (~150 attendees).
