Description

The Graduate Employability Day (GED) held on 10 October brought together students, academics, and industry professionals in a vibrant and interactive setting aimed at bridging education and employment. A total of 143 students and 36 company representatives from 27 organisations participated in the event. The day featured a panel forum titled “Next-Gen Workforce: Perspectives from Established and Emerging Corporations,” followed by networking sessions, company showcases, and resume review opportunities. Students had the chance to connect directly with employers, exchange digital resumes, and gain insights into current industry expectations. The event fostered meaningful engagement, empowering students to build confidence, enhance their professional presence, and strengthen their readiness for future career opportunities.
