    Billy Head presented the film The City (1939) and spoke about his PhD research at the Festival of Urbanism (Monash University / University of Sydney) September. The panel, including A/Prof. David Nichols (University of Melbourne) and Dr Elizabeth Taylor (MADA), screened and discussed a series of significant urban planning films made throughout the 20th century
