    EAL Reference Panel for the Victorian Department of Education and Training. The purpose of the EAL Reference Panel is to inform and strengthen the Department’s work in supporting schools to implement the Victorian Curriculum F-10 EAL and design and deliver effective programs for EAL learners. The EAL Reference Panel will provide advice, feedback or input on proposed resources, programs, projects or policies on an ad hoc basis.
