    Fronditha Care has an organisatonal governance model which incorporates a committee structure. The Committee can make recommendations to the Board, with or without consensus, and with a majority vote.The purpose of the Education, Training & Advocacy Committee is to ensure that the Board fulfils its responsibilities in ensuring that Fronditha Care’s strategic objectives are met through:A. Providing educational and training opportunities to:a. Existing Fronditha Care employeesb. Others employed or engaged in the aged, community and health care space nationally and internationallyc. Individuals or organisations who wish to acquire training and education for the purposes of gaining employment in the aged care, community and health care arenad. Individuals or organisations who have existing health or community care education and training who wish to update skills, training or qualifications or avail themselves of continuing education opportunitiesB. Encouraging and procuring community, corporate and government partnerships to effectively advocate for the aged in our community via collaborations and representations.
